FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where are you located?: I live in Apex, NC and offer services to surrounding areas. Reach out for a quote for services in other locations!
How long does it take to get my photos?: Turn around time for digital images is usually within 1 week (sometimes sooner). Specialty edits and/or large orders may add a few days, depending on the project.
What is your inclement weather policy?: If you have an outdoor session scheduled and the weather is nuts, we just pick another day, no penalties.
When should I schedule my newborn session?: I recommend you book your newborn session when your baby is between 7-14 days old. Appointments are first come, first serve so you are welcome to book your session before you deliver, or you can contact us when Baby arrives!
Where do we take the photos?: Some mini sessions have select locations, however most sessions will be customized to you. I think this part is really fun because we can choose a spot that is meaningful to you and/or matches your style. Once you decide to book a session we will chat about options to choose your perfect setting!
Do you have a studio?: In-studio sessions are available (I rent studio space for these)!
